Where Dignity Comes First
Dignity First Care is a nurse-led disability support provider based in Cranbourne East, delivering compassionate and clinically informed services across South East Melbourne. Founded and led by two AHPRA registered Registered Nurses with more than 17 years of combined experience, our organisation was built on one simple belief — every person deserves to feel safe, respected and valued.
Our backgrounds span aged care, adult mental health, medical, surgical, rehabilitation, disability and community nursing. This depth of experience enables Dignity First Care to confidently support individuals with complex physical, cognitive and psychosocial needs.
